I have earned myself some ass to couch time. Well, in my mind anyway. Finished painting, sealing grout, replaced exhaust fan and installed new towel rack to complete the master bathroom makeover. After that, I finally got around to taking the Christmas lights down. All in all, I would say it was a good day so far.

It bites when you have to take a day off when your kids are sick, but I think it sucks more when your babysitter is sick. I love my kids babysitter and she never gets sick (how that happens I don't know), but it sucks more when you don't have a back up. On top of it all, no extra money to go anywhere and do anything. BLA! Just a bummer all around. Oh well! I just hope she is feeling better tomorrow. I don't know what we would do tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed!

So even though I had an extra day off, I didn't get squat done! Although I think all of the Christmas stuff is officially down. Except for the outside lights. Gotta get a little warmer, or something before I would want my husband up on the roof. Anyway, seems like I have so much to do and I don't get it done. Why is that?!

Doesn't help that we have a new gaming system in the house. But it is ok, it is fun!

Just got home from Walmart purchasing a new xbox 360 for my family. That's right, for my family. 3 controllers and 3 games. However, I did purchase Call of Duty 2 because this is what men play. I am not sure I have the attention span to do any good with this game, but I will give it a shot. Normally I am not a "gamer" but we shall see. Off to set it up.
